TRADERS
Home Farm Music Festival is a ‘not-for-profit’ event run by School in a Bag Trading. It was set-up in 2005 to support our charity School in a Bag. We charge a pitch fee for the duration of the weekend – trading hours will be from 5pm Friday (gates open at 4pm) to Sunday at 4pm when the festival finishes in the area where the Market is located. We expect your stall to be open reasonable hours so festival goers can buy your goods. More details are available in the online form you can access by clicking on the image.
Trader pitches for 2025 are now open! (These are NOT food vendor pitches)!
Please Note:
1. We aren't looking for any cake-style market stalls as we run our own with all the profits going straight back into our charity.
2. For popular stalls like glitter painting, hair braiding, henna and sweets, we don't need multiple so offer first choice to our exisiting traders, and therefore can't guarantee that there will be spots available for this year.
3. We consider each application on an individual basis and will be in contact with anyone who applies to let you know if you have been successful.
CURRENTLY FULL! We pride ourselves on having a fantastic selection of world foods and we always give our current food vendors first dibs on pitches for the following year. Should any spaces become available for 2025, we'll let you know :)
We are NOT looking for any alcohol-type stalls or bar set-ups - all our bars on-site are run by us. Thank you.
